Terrell Owens has yet to wrap his mind around the fact that he is a 35 yr old wide receiver. Still finding himself unemployed he is now blaming the *character issues* he has been labeled with as the reason for teams not being interested in his services. Hey T.O. first and foremost your 35 years old! Secondly you can say that your a great guy to have in the locker room but we all know that is a load of crap. Offensive coordinators and quarterbacks have better things to do then listen to you cry about how your not getting the ball.

If T.O. is not signed by someone during this off season I’m not sure what cameramen around the league will do. I mean for the last 5 years they had to have the dedicated T.O. cam during every game. Its like during the meeting before the game Bob the camera guy drew the short straw, and was given the privilege of letting us the fans know what T.O. was doing every second of the game. Having to ensure that we saw every conversation on the sideline to make sure we didn’t miss a potential blow up. Making sure to catch every smile, look of frustration, wink, hand gesture, and pick of his nose. Just to make sure they guys on Sportscenter had something to break down after the game. God forbid they actually I don’t know, break down the GAME!

I was shocked when I got a text from Frank last night saying T.O. had signed a one year deal with the Buffalo Bills. I was shocked for two reasons.

A) T.O. claims he wants to win a championship before he retires, so he signs a one year deal with a team that has not been a playoff contending team for many many years? Not only do I feel sorry for the Bills fans of the world, but I feel sorry for the Bill quarterback Trent Edwards. Not only is he a young QB in this league, but now he gets to listen to T.O. yelling at him in the huddle, on the sidelines, and in the locker room about how he isn’t getting the ball.

B) I’m surprised that Dick Jauron would even want to have this knuckle head as apart of his roster.

T.O. will play nice his first season as he did in Philadelphia and Dallas. He realizes at his age, and with his track record the teams interested in his services are few and far between. Its going to be interesting to say the least what kind of media circus Buffalo becomes. I guess one good thing comes from having T.O. on the Bills roster. They will finally start getting national attention again. Course after seeing what kind of drama he brings to the table first hand here in Dallas, please allow me to say Congrats Buffalo you have fun with that because we all know how its going to work out for you!

After a season of high expectations fails miserably, the Dallas Cowboys should be getting back to basics. Instead of participating in mini camps, and staying focused on football Terrell Owens is going to be starting in his own reality show. This news comes just days after Michael Irvin’s reality show was announced. Irvin’s show plans to be the American Idol of the football world, giving hopefuls a shot at the Cowboys 80th roster spot in training camp.

Richie Rich over at Epitome Of Nothing and I were talking about this earlier this evening, and he brought up a very interesting point. Jerry Jones is taking the Vince McMahon’s (Owner of the WWE) philosophy on how to run the Cowboys. He is more interested in displaying his athletes, to make the most money he can. McMahon and Jones share something in common, other then being billionaires. They both love a good bit.

Could Mike Shanahan replace Wade Phillips as head coach of another team? Seems the rumor mills are starting to turn about a possible Shanahan hiring by Jerry Jones. With Jason Garrett drawing head coaching interest from teams like the Broncos and Detriot, Jones could be forced to make some coaching changes this off season. Hiring Shanahan or Cowher (which would never happen) could give him his off season splash Jones loves to make. With no first round draft picks for the up coming draft in April, and a tight salary cap, Jones is low on *big news* options this off season.

I do find myself curious about how Shanahan would do as the Cowboys head coach. Could he restore some sort of order to the locker room? How would he handle T.O. should Jerry Jones decide to bring back his diva wide receiver. Could Shanahan help mold Tony Romo into an elite quarterback? I guess the watch begins to see which way Jerry Jones decides to go this off season, and if Jones will stay committed to Wade Phillips if there is a better option on the table.

An open letter to the Dallas Cowboys,

Is this the best you have to offer your fans? Was having the Hard Knocks cameras in training camp worth it? As a fan I have several questions for your organization. First and foremost where does your *sense of entitlement* come from? You as an organization have done nothing for more then a decade. How do your put all your hopes and dreams on the shoulders of a quarterback who has proven he is merely a top ten quarterback in this league on paper only.

How your organization came into this season with Superbowl hopes is beyond me. Jerry Jones has managed to put together a roster of divas, cry babies, and players with little to no heart. Your organization is more interested in having your team in the tabloids rather then doing your talking on the football field. Your team deserves the massive beatdown your taking in Philadelphia right now. I will thank you in advance for not making excuses to why you finished your season 9-7. Please do not tell us that we would have fulfilled our hopes and dreams had we been able to keep players like Felix Jones, and Marion Barber healthy. Please don’t blame Romo’s pinky on your horrible play while he was injured. Please address your back up quarterback issues in the offseason, instead of putting all your faith in the fact that Romo will be healthy week in and week out.

Please make adjustments to your wide receiver core, first and foremost please cut Terrell Owens. I know this will be hard for you Jerry Jones, because you love to have the Cowboys names in everyone’s mouth regardless if its good or bad. How an offensive coordinator goes from a genius to someone who can’t manage to put together a decent game plan week in and week out is beyond me. If Jason Garrett is our head coach in waiting, this truly scares me. Garrents only responsibility right now is managing the offense. I can think of 31 other teams in the NFL that would love to have his problem of having that many *alleged superstars*. If Garrett can’t handle the offensive side of the ball, how is to be expected to be the head coach, responsible for a 53 man roster.

Poor game planning and execution are just a few problems on the list of several things wrong with your organization. I would like to take this time to thank the following players playing with heart, despite the drama that has surround this organization pretty much all season.

Jason Witten

Demarcus Ware

Martellus Bennett

Tashard Choice

The entire defense. (Despite the fact that your guys played horrible at times this season, you never turned on eachother, and started throwing eachother under the bus to the media.

I would like to take the time to also thank Jerry Jones for applying the Al Davis philosophy to the Dallas Cowboys. You have successfully signed players to long term big money deals, and have gotten very little in return. Examples of this would be Terrence Newman, and Marion Barber. Your philosophy of low risk, big reward troubled players have also brought in Pacman Jones and Tank Johnson. Neither have cost you very much, and neither have done very much. I truly hope your new stadium works out for you. If this is the best product you have to put out on the field each and ever week, good luck selling it out.

In closing I would like to leave you, Jerry Jones with this. Please take the single biggest sign of arrogance by a franchise in the history of sports *The Americas Team* slogan and SHOVE IT UP YOUR ASS! You just like 90% of the fans in Dallas seem to think because you have Dallas next to your name, that your entitled to something. Dallas fans got spoiled in the 90′s with 3 Superbowls, and a Stanley Cup. As your franchise as proven each and every year since 96, winning a playoff game is not a guaranteed thing! Please do not tell us how great your team is in the offseason, we need to see something! Your word means diddly shit to us anymore.

Signed,

Jason T. Wilson

*PS* If anyone has a problem with the above open letter to the Dallas Cowboys, please go back and review this season. It will help fuel your anger with this organization. If you feel I have been to harsh in my observation of this organization and your waiting for an apology, let me know how waiting works out for you, cause it ain’t happenin. Just like the Cowboys going to the playoffs this season.

Recent comments from Terrell *I run my mouth way to f**king much Owens* include the following..

” I think a lot of people, they see that when I get my hands on the ball things happen. I can’t throw it and catch it. I can do only one thing. It’s not that I can’t play, it’s the system of which I’m in.”

If Dallas’ goal is to get to the Super Bowl, the team “can’t obtain that championship if I’m not involved in the offense.”

All I’m going to say about the latest comments from T.O. crying about not getting the ball is this..

1. The Cowboys won 3 without your cryin ass

2. Jason Garrett goes way to far out of his way to get your cryin involved in the offense. He will force you the ball just to shut you up

3. Hopefully with the addition of Roy Williams, this means your days in a Cowboys uniform are numbered.

If Wade Phillips or Jerry Jones had a pair they would take a page from Marvin Lewis book, and deactivate him for a game.SD

I just had a random thought, on T.O. saying he can’t throw the ball and catch the ball. You have thrown two quarterbacks under the bus with two previous teams. (Jeff Garcia, and Donovan McNabb). Now if I’m not mistaken, wasn’t it T.O. that cried like a little girl after the loss to the Giants last year in the playoffs, because the media was being rough on Tony Romo?

There was no crying in defense of his quarterback, there was only criticism and complaining at the podium while T.O. addressed the media after the Cowboys got dominated by the Redskins on Sunday. T.O. feels he didn’t get the ball enough, *Our offense is stagnate when I don’t get the ball*. T.O. had the ball thrown to him 19 times, and was directly handed the ball on a reverse. That would make a total of 20 plays, the Cowboys only ran 61 plays on offense Sunday. This means that a third of the plays directly involved T.O. How much more do you want??

The Redskins walked into Texas Stadium on Sunday and punched the Cowboys right in the mouth. They dominated every aspect of the game. They came in with the game play that were going to take T.O. , Witten, Barber, and Felix Jones out of the equation. You beat us with Patrick Crayton, and Miles Austin. I really think that T.O. needs to go back and watch the game film, because he was covered like a cheap suit all day long. He got no separation from his defenders, and was pretty lazy running his routes.

T.O. is fine with only getting the ball a few times a game, if the Cowboys win, but as I have said thousands of times, Everything is fine when your team is winning, true character comes out when your team loses. For the most part T.O. has been pretty well behaved during his time with the Cowboys, well has well behaved as T.O. can be. Hopefully the coaching staff, and Jerry step in and nip this quickly, or its going to be a long season.
