Terrell Owens has yet to wrap his mind around the fact that he is a 35 yr old wide receiver. Still finding himself unemployed he is now blaming the *character issues* he has been labeled with as the reason for teams not being interested in his services. Hey T.O. first and foremost your 35 years old! Secondly you can say that your a great guy to have in the locker room but we all know that is a load of crap. Offensive coordinators and quarterbacks have better things to do then listen to you cry about how your not getting the ball.
If T.O. is not signed by someone during this off season I’m not sure what cameramen around the league will do. I mean for the last 5 years they had to have the dedicated T.O. cam during every game. Its like during the meeting before the game Bob the camera guy drew the short straw, and was given the privilege of letting us the fans know what T.O. was doing every second of the game. Having to ensure that we saw every conversation on the sideline to make sure we didn’t miss a potential blow up. Making sure to catch every smile, look of frustration, wink, hand gesture, and pick of his nose. Just to make sure they guys on Sportscenter had something to break down after the game. God forbid they actually I don’t know, break down the GAME!

T.O. did this to himself when he submarined his career in Dallas. That was his “last chance” when he arrived.

Everyone else in the world has figured that out but T.O. who lives in Owensville. He is a victim of being a legend in his own mind. If Jerry Jones, probably the biggest risk taker in the NFL cut your ass for an up and coming Miles Austin what makes you think someone is going to pick you up now?
Go hit the NFL network and sit next to Prime Time and break down the games. Tell everyone what it takes to win a championship like Reggie Miller for TNT. Then you two can go out and have a beer, and ponder things that could have been. :finger:

So sad to see an athlete hang on too long. And you’re right….he’ll get a commentators gig because the networks love a big mouth. He’ll be like Dion, Michael (pick one…Strahan or Irvin), and Matt No Clue Millan flapping their gums like they are the next greatest thing since Phyllis George joined the pregame show with Pat Summeral and Tom Brookshire. He’s like the uninvited party crasher. Everyone just wishes he’d go away.
