You know ever since the bowl schedule was announced I asked the question *Why is Ohio State playing in a BCS bowl game*. The question was finally answered, *Because Ohio State fans travel better*. Traveling equals *spending money*.
I will say this, what a game! I will give credit where credit is due, Ohio State showed up to play. Having said that, in this day and age of *What have you done for me lately* how long are Ohio State fans going to keep old Sweater Vest around? Great coach yes, but this is the third year in a row that Ohio State has come up short in a BCS bowl game. Oh by the way, great way for the announce team to have a man crush on old Sweater Vest and his nuts. We noticed Fox!
Congrats to the Longhorns on their 12-1 season. Perhaps next year the BCS won’t have such a man crush on Ohio State. Even better perhaps next year Ohio State will actually deserve to play in a BCS bowl game.

Gotta give the Nuts their due. They played a great game. They “nutted up” so to speak. Blake Gideon didn’t play worth a damn last night, and just when I had just about forgiven him for the drop against TT. That’s okay, though. It takes a better team to overcome advesity than it does to blow someone out. Hook ‘Em!!
