After a season of high expectations fails miserably, the Dallas Cowboys should be getting back to basics. Instead of participating in mini camps, and staying focused on football Terrell Owens is going to be starting in his own reality show. This news comes just days after Michael Irvin’s reality show was announced. Irvin’s show plans to be the American Idol of the football world, giving hopefuls a shot at the Cowboys 80th roster spot in training camp.
Richie Rich over at Epitome Of Nothing and I were talking about this earlier this evening, and he brought up a very interesting point. Jerry Jones is taking the Vince McMahon’s (Owner of the WWE) philosophy on how to run the Cowboys. He is more interested in displaying his athletes, to make the most money he can. McMahon and Jones share something in common, other then being billionaires. They both love a good bit.

This is just ridiculous. I just don’t have the words for TO – his ego is as big as…as big as…well, as big as Blagojevich. Jones should NEVER allow this. There was a time when football and football players had at least a modicom of dignity; now, at least according to some, it’s all just showmanship. Ya know, I never wish injury upon anyone, but in Owens’ case, well, let’s just say it’s a good thing I’m a Christian!!
