Seems Michael Vick expects to be reinstated by Roger Goodell after he is done with his prison sentence. Vick’s bankruptcy lawyer has written out a nice little plan for Vick to repay all debts on IF he is reinstated. This seems like the *Wimpy* theory, *I’ll gladly pay you on Tuesday for a hamburger today*.
I’m not real sure that I would expect to be reinstated if I were Vick. Keep in mind he did stand in Roger Goodell’s office and flat out lie to him. Goodell has established himself as the new sheriff in town, so reinstatement is not a guaranteed thing for Vick. I know if Vick is reinstated there is some team that will take a chance on him, he has to much athletic ability. I seriously doubt any team would hand him a starting quarterback position thought. I have said it in previous posts, and I will say it again. Any team that signs Vick even to a practice squad is asking for a P.R. nightmare. I guess we will see what happens when Vick is released.
Michael Vick is still under contract with the Atlanta Falcons. I highly doubt the Falcons will want to have anything to do with Vick when and if he is reinstated.

I fully expect him to play again, I also expect the raiders to offer him a job.
Is it right? Nope, but if any team would touch this guy it will be either the Raiders (They need a QB) or Dallas (They Don’t need a QB yet)

If Oakland were to pick up Vick to replace Russell that would be a huge mistake. Sure Russell hasn’t developed into what they hoped he would when he was drafted, but Vick is a horrible passer. Career passing rating in the 60’s!
As far as Dallas, they would not take him because we need a QB. They would take him because we are the halfway house for problem players!!!
