I wouldn't put much stock in Sapp's comments, they were taken prior to being a raider for a couple of years, after you are IN the locker room, and delt with the front office, you can form a really valuable opinion about that franchise. I know a lot of Raider fans, that are good folks, friends and co-workers, MOST of them say Al Davis is the real problem.. I wish the new coach luck but my money is on a new coach in the off season, and a new coach every year until Al Davis (aka Monte Burns) dies or unloads the power.
