The disgruntle diva also known as Chad Johnson graced Bengals first day of mini camp today. Media circus doesn’t even begin to describe the scene. Carson Palmer had this to say to reports, this should give you an idea of how bad things are in Bengal country right now..
“You know what? I’m going to pass on talking about Chad today,” quarterback Carson Palmer said. “I think everybody in here is probably sick of hearing about him, and everybody out there is sick of hearing about him. So I’m not going to talk about him.”
If this kinda tension continues in Bengal country, the Bengals could regret not trading Johnson when they had the more then generous offer on the table from the Redskins. When T.O. and Jerry Jones held a press conference after T.O. signed his new deal last week, Johnson’s agent Drew Rosenhaus said that the Cowboys knew what it took to build a championship team, and that he wishes more teams were like the Cowboys. The only reason I bring this up is because with Terry Glenn’s future up in the air right now in Dallas.. You know if Johnson hits the open market.. Jerry Jones would drool over the chance to bring him here. T.O. and Johnson on the same team?? There is NO way two divas could coexist on the same team!
