With Jerry World aka the new Cowboys stadium nearing completion, the final price list for the remaining 50,000 seats has been released. That’s right I said 50,000 REMAINING seats! When the ticket prices were first announced it was clear that Jerry had no interest in true FANS attending cowboy games. Now I understand that the more season ticket holder you have, the less you have to sellout for your game to be televised. I also understand that the more season ticket holders you have, the more guaranteed money you have in your pockets. What I don’t understand is why owners fail to realize that its not the corporate big wigs, or the cocaine and boob job crowd that bring in the most coin.
Its your true fans that bring in the most money. You know the fans that go out and buy the jerseys, blankets, flags, glasses, mugs, key chains.. basically anything to show their love for the team. These are also the fans that don’t give a damn about sitting in the bring your own oxygen section that you Mr. Jones tried to originally make a fortune off of. Now that you have 50,000 seats left to sell.. now you want to invite the true die hard WORKING class fans out to partake in the excitement of your state of the art, never to be duplicated stadium. The new stadium is already attracting attention from the college levels, with such games as Grambling/Prarie View *a Cotton Bowl Classic* I might add, already signed up to move to Jerry World after its completion. It is also rumored that the Red River Shoot Out *another Cotton Bowl Classic* could decide to head out to Jerry World once their contract expires with the Cotton Bowl.
Let us also not forget the Superbowl. The City of Arlington has hit the jackpot with this one. Lets think about this. Texas/OU weekend generates roughly last I heard between $3-$5 Million dollars for the city. For the most part, that’s a local game. Meaning people traveling in from Oklahoma, Austin, and various other cities around the state. Can you imagine how much money the bars, restaurants, and hotels in Arlington will make off the Superbowl? Especially with all the out of state travelers that will invade the city. Sure we might see some trickle down from that here in Dallas, but nothing like Arlington. *Thanks Sea Hag*
Love my Cowboys, hate the owner. So Jerry allow me to give you the one figured salute for now wanting to invite your true fans out to enjoy watching the Cowboys play! You sorry

The good thing about having your own blog is you really don’t have to sensor yourself much. Feel free to unload on the JJ’s of the sports world. It shows you are human. on a brighter note, Please excuse the background construction, I am trying to get your yard lines on it. without over shadowing the page.

Jones was the worst thing that ever happened to the Cowboys, I was a Dallas fan for years, now, I could care less…
And that is ALL because of Jones and his TEXAS SIZED ego…
Where in the hell did that Arkohomian get such an ego anyway?? :?

50,000 seats is a lot to ask of the regular Joe Fan!! Especially at the oil barrel price tag (upper deck, that is) attached to the ticket. Perhaps Jessica Simpson can get a few of her friends to buy the rest of the field level seats. Good luck finding enough fools, er, fans that is to sell out the games so you can sit at home and watch them!! Of course, here in Houston we’ll be subjected to the misery of your games, because the 5 year – gauranteed sellout phase of the Texans is over. Guess I’ll be playing golf regularly on Sunday afternoons this fall. And Weedhopper, Jerry’s real ego initials are C.S.

I think I will go out to the stadium once, just to say *yes I have been there* and then its watching the games from my comfy couch, or hitting a sports bar for the big games!!
